Seungri is with Sung Gil Jae, a handler for show dog, particularly toy poodles. On this day Seungri was acting as his translator. Gil Jae appears to be opening atraditional Japanese Ramen restaurant in BC Holdings (building that Seungri owns) in December of 2016. Seungri personally invited the japanese rep of the Ramen chain “Aori Ramen” to South Korea & acted as the translator for his friend to discuss project. In the photos below, they are sitting in Seungri’s office. The photos are also hashtagged “#LeePresident/Chairman”. This may have to do with the previous rumored story about Seungri opening up a Ramen shop.
